Illegal Use
You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or discrimination.
System Interference
You may not interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers, introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Data Misuse
You may not scrape, harvest, or collect user data from the platform without authorization. Any data obtained must be used solely for legitimate property management purposes.
Fees and Payments
Subscription Fees
Use of certain features requires payment of subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Payment Terms
You agree to pay all fees associated with your account on time. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the platform.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide notice of price changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Kiraale is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
No Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Use of this platform is entirely at your own risk.
User Responsibility
You acknowledge that all property management decisions, tenant selections, and financial transactions are your sole responsibility. Kiraale is a tool and does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
Intellectual Property
Our Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Kiraale and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal or business property management purposes only.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform but grant us a license to use, store, and process such content to provide our services.
Termination
Your Right to Terminate
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account from your profile page or contacting our support team. Upon termination, you will lose access to all data and features associated with your account.
Our Right to Terminate
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service, illegal activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kiraale operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to bring claims against us only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action.
Important: No Liability
Kiraale is a software platform that facilitates property management and hotel bookings. We are not responsible for any decisions, transactions, or outcomes resulting from your use of the platform. All property management activities, tenant selections, lease agreements, and financial transactions are conducted entirely at your own risk and discretion.
Use of this platform is voluntary. You acknowledge that Kiraale does not guarantee any results and assumes no liability for losses, damages, disputes, or legal issues arising from your use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
